I’m an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC), EMCC Senior Practitioner, and Coaching Supervisor — but my fascination with psychodynamics started long before the credentials. Over 30 years ago, I discovered it while studying, and it’s shaped how I see people, relationships, and change ever since.
I help leaders and coaches uncover the unconscious patterns driving behaviour — so they can make better decisions, improve relationships, and create lasting change.
My work blends academic depth with practical application, whether I’m:
- Coaching executives and senior leaders
- Supervising and mentoring other coaches
- Delivering training like my Essential Psychodynamics for Coaches course
- Hosting The Dynamics of Everyday Life podcast to make theory accessible (and even enjoyable)
Before becoming a full-time coach and supervisor, I spent years in senior leadership roles in social care and community mental health. I’ve led multi-disciplinary teams, delivered complex programmes, and been on both sides of hundreds of hours of supervision — experience that shapes how I work today.
I believe the best work happens when we understand the patterns running beneath the surface. Once you can see them, you can change them. And once you can change them, you’re no longer stuck.
